Jai Sadama, everyone. This is Sadhvi Sadheli Sri, here with my spiritual teacher and guru, acharya Sri Yogish, for the 2023 Paryushan series of Acharya Sri's podcast. Acharya Sri is a respected, enlightened one who has helped thousands of souls progress on their spiritual path and totally transform. Paryushan is an eight-day celebration of the soul, dedicated to reflection, fasting and spiritual learning. Welcome to all of our new listeners and thank you for tuning in.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:Today's Paryushan. Paryushan is a very special word, as the word itself it has to. The root is a vass Vass, niva se. Vass means to live, to reside, to stay, and Pary is a prefix. When a prefix added with the root, it changes the meaning of it. Vass means to live, but Pary vass becomes Paryushan. Pary vass means now to live wholeheartedly close to it. Wholeheartedly close to it. To whom? Close to your soul.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:That Paryushan Paryushan means when you live close to your soul. And to live close to your souls, you have to do lot of other things because there are many distractions. If you are distracted and big distraction age your own body, because in your body there is a. This is a biggest mechanism. It looks like a little body here, but this is in Upanishada. Upanishada is a very like spiritual books in India and very ancient teachings in it. I was reading there one time that yat pinde, tad brahmande, wherever you find in your body, you find in the same whole thing, in the same universe. It seems like we don't have to search or seek or discover the universe. Why don't you discover this body? If we can discover this body, we are able to discover the whole universe. But scientists, what do they do, they try to discover the whole universe. And when they try to discover where they can reach, maybe to the moon, maybe to the Mars Max, and that is not too far. Our universe is infinite. If, with the satellite we go from to the space, our millions of generation can continue. My baby is born in the satellite. We continue, continue in that millions of generation cannot even pass one galaxy. One galaxy ages so big. What about? In the universe? There are millions of galaxies. How much we can discover? It's a very difficult situation.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:One astronaut he was trying to look at through his binoculars or through his advanced technology to find a different kind of planet in the sky and he was looking. When you look you don't know who is in front of you. He's walking and if I can find it, and he was targeting that planet, whatever he is saying, or the star, maybe he hit an old lady and he got little mad. That why you are on the way. That, hey, I was just walking, that you hit me. I was looking what you were doing, I was discovering a special star and you lost because you hit me and now I cannot see. He says, son, can I tell you one thing Learn first how to walk on the earth. She's right, walk on the earth first. You are walking in the sky. You don't even see who is in front of you. That's what our scientists are doing. It is not that it is not a good research, because that is whatever in their ability they are trying to do.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:But if we begin to search our own, this body, you will find everything else on your hand, even just like you. An example All mountains are here, all oceans are here, even one hand I am talking about this under this Jupiter, here, under this Saturn here, under this sun, is here. Here is Mercury, here is Mars, venus right there. Here is all moon, right there. So in the middle of your palm is a big ocean, but we don't want to see. We can discover in your hand there are a lot of mountains, rivers, oceans, even one hand I am talking about I was just concentrating one hand one time.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:See, this is your heart line on the top and this is here your luck line. Luck line is straight here and this is your. One is heart line, one is life line and one is your mind line. So, on this line and this line, between two lines, if one more line straight goes to the Saturn. Just one line starting from there and go to the Saturn that person is born into. The silver spoon in his mouth means very rich, but that line has to go from there.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:It is difficult to find that but it shows. Your hand shows everything. That person, no matter it is born in very poor family, will be the richest. How it is going to be? The hand tells it. And hand doesn't lie. Maybe your horoscope, if you believe in astrology, maybe will lie to you. Why? Because time can be different. If it is one minute difference, your horoscope will be all wrong and you are believing in that horoscope. But your hand cannot lie. Your whole body we need to discover. If we can discover our whole body, you cannot believe that you have millions of nerves in this body.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:No wonder in Buddhism they teach Vipassana. What is Vipassana? It is very simple that travel with your breath within every million of nerves. Wherever your breath goes, you follow it. In another word, they call it Anapanasati the breath going in, going out. You go in and you go out. Same time with the breath you travel. The whole system is based on learn or discover. The biggest discovery is your own body. If you can discover your body, you can discover the whole universe.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:Let me tell you, today is the first day of Perusion. Perusion is a special word. Perusion also has another name. It is called Astanika. Astanika means eight special days, an means day. Astanika means eight. Astanika is the real word, but in Judaism it took a different way. They call it Hanika, they celebrate it. Hanika means special day, but it somehow it is Astanika. It means eight. It disappears, but Hanika remains same. Astanika is another name of this. Perusion is purely spiritual celebration.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:Millions of people in India are around the world. I am talking millions. They are fasting. Why they want to fast? There is a reason that they want to disconnect from the all distraction. Because we fulfill their desires of our senses every day. Now you can distract. It is distraction. If suppose somebody likes a dessert, some kind of dessert, maybe like a cake. Suppose Cake is not here, but as soon as they say cake, their mouth begins to water. Why we are into it? We are into senses, we are into somewhere else. Our so much distraction. Let me tell you in your stomach there are 72,000 main nerves right there and they are like here 72,000 main nerves. And if main nerves are fully blocked you cannot think straight. You are always confused, like you are always in illusion.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:In Upanishad we call it Maya Illusion. Illusion is whatever you see. It is not right the way it is. Maybe you see something else in it and that's what our whole life goes on. In illusion, we begin to think this is my friend, but remember, when time will come, your friend will leave you the first. But it is our illusion. Our illusion is oh, they are mine, they are mine, nobody is yours, you are not somebody else either. One day, either you leave them or they will leave you. You never know it and no matter how much we promise, we still leave it.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:Two birds they were living in one tree and they found out there is a big storm coming After few days. The birds, creatures, other animals, they have instinct, but the human lost their instinct. Why we lost our instinct? Because of lot of stress, burden, responsibility, tension, so much going on in our mind. So when these things go on all emotions, anger, ego, deceitfulness, hate, jealousy, negativity we lose our ability. But the animals, they don't lose it. Birds, they don't lose it Because they don't live into the desires, they live into the necessities only If they get food and water.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:That is the real necessity of our life. No matter you are rich, you are poor, but you need water and food. The rich people, they eat the same food. Poor people, they can eat differently, but they eat the same food. Food is the same Basically. Basically, food is the same and that is our necessity. Without that we cannot survive. Right, that is the way we are. A rich person can go in a real fancy restaurant. A poor person can go in maybe the other kind of restaurant, but they can both go. Necessity but desires is the biggest distraction. That's why all religion, all enlightened people, they are telling you to discover your own body. If you can discover your own body, you will be surprised. Otherwise, nobody age you cannot trust.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:They live together, two birds, and they saw that it is coming the biggest storm after a few days. So the male was little hesitant and he asked his partner that do you ever leave me? I am getting old? Oh no, no matter what happens, I am never going to leave you, no matter what happens. That is what we promise to each other. Worst time, I will stand with you forever.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:He was so confident, he was so trustworthy, he broke his all feathers. That's what he did first thing, that, okay, I am dependent on her, she will take care of me. I am getting old, anyway, I cannot fly. So he broke his feather. If he could have fly a little bit. He just destroyed it and they live happily and the storm is reaching closer. When the storm reached they began to feel it heavy wind. He asks his partner hey, you can fly, you can go, I cannot fly, look at no feather. Right, he said you can go, you can go, you can go. And when the time comes, we try to save ourselves. Right, we try to save ourselves.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:She flew away and the storm hit very badly. After storm passed away, then she came back. She wanted to see if he is alive still. The tree was gone somewhere on the ground, branches everywhere, disaster. She found his dead body, but she found on one branch it was written that if you could have said me just these words hey, no matter what happened, I am not going to leave you. I could not have died before storm. I even died before storm. That was.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:She found those words and that is the reality. We don't want to face the reality. The reality is this whatever we are believing, that is your illusion. Illusion is when you, walking into the dark, suddenly a rope, a wire in the dark and you see that, oh, it is a snake. Illusion and we get scared. That's what all over, if I will count it everywhere is illusion in your life. You think they will live with me forever, they will be always with me. No, in that moment will come, time will come. Everybody lives. You Don't live in this illusion. Before any time comes, death knock your door. You better discover who you are.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:Perusion gives the message every year discover your own self. In Acharang Sutra Acharang is very is one oldest book. In the Jain scripture, one of the scripture, the first scripture, there is a saying that ege aya, soul is one. So today is first day of Perusion. If you can find out ege aya, the soul is one. But how are you going to find out, unless you go backward? You have to feel this all distraction. And I can tell you very confidently and guarantee, if you know one thing, jo egam jaanai, so samvam jaanai, that if you know one thing, you know the whole thing. But if you try to know the whole thing, you will not know even one thing. What is one thing? One thing is your soul. The person who knows your soul, your own soul. They know everything. The person who try to know everything, they will not even know the one thing. So today is the first day to know your own self, who you are, discover your own body. Everything is here.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:One, the person who makes the maps. What is the word for in English, big maps? What is that? No maps. The design of the house Architect, one architect. He was hired by a king that if you can make a big map of the whole universe, I am going to give you millions of dollars, but I have to be satisfied that you make the right thing. All galaxies, all stars, all these milky waves, sun moons, everything. He said I will try my best. He started working on it and the king provided him the biggest house. That if you need a big house somewhere, big house, you can live there, your family can live there.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:But you work on that map, the map of the universe, not map of the world universe. Our world is very tiny. If you will see, comparatively, the whole universe, your earth, our earth, here, it will be little dark. Sometime I tell people hey, comparatively, the whole universe, your earth is little dark. Where do you stand for? Can you believe it. Why to be egoistic then? If earth is a one dark, when you compare the map of the whole universe, where do you stand? Just think about it. Why to be angry? Why to be egoistic? Why to be greedy? Why not to just learn who you are? Why not to discover your own discovery, the real discovery? He started making that map. He has a two years old little baby. He is making the map. It took him 10 years, 15 years whole of his life.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:Finally, he completed the map. He was so happy. But the day he was completing his wife said hey, I am going to the market. Can you just take care of the baby? He is asleep. Okay, alright, Little boy is sleeping. His mother left. He completed the map. After completing the map he got so relaxed. When you complete your job, all tension, all stress, everything disappears. He fell asleep. He said baby is sleeping. He fell asleep. He totally sounds asleep. He is not aware about it. Baby woke up. And baby woke up. He started crawling. And what baby does? First thing, Whatever on the way, he just destroyed it, chewed it. He is chewing it, destroying it. He found the biggest toy and when he heard the little sound, somehow he woke up.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:When he woke up, he couldn't believe what he has seen in front of you Whole of his life. He was able to complete the map of the universe. Now, in front of his eyes, everything is destroyed. He got so mad, but he cannot do anything. It is a baby, right, when the baby baby is a baby, you cannot do anything. But he is very angry. The feeling says he wants to kill it, but he cannot do anything. He is so mad. He is so mad. If he just wishes that, I just kill him right away, but he cannot do it.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:Baby Mother came back. She saw the disaster too. He is trying to take the baby away and he is trying to collect pieces here, there, here there, put them together. His whole efforts, his whole hard work is gone to the dirt. He is working four hours, six hours, eight hours, to collect all the and try to patch. It Doesn't patch, he is failed. He has another child, grown up, goes to school.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:Comes back home, dad, what are you doing? You are so mad, you are so angry. Look what your brother did. He did. All of my hard work is gone. We could have been millionaires today. I was presenting today this to the king, but everything is gone. Dad, relax, you need to relax. You said relax, my whole hard work is gone, whole of life. That, dad, you go to the other room. I will take care of it. That you will take care of it. Yeah, I will take care of it. You go to the other room. He just pushed him away and locked his room outside. Within one hour he will open the door. Dad's map is ready.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:Then what he saw, he couldn't believe his eyes. Everything is perfect and the whole map either, exactly same what he made it. He said how did you do that? I tried all day, almost I couldn't pass it. How did you do it? Then, dad, you forgot you have a key. You forgot the key that, yes, when you start this map, you gave me the key. I have the key, that you have the key. He even forgot what was the key. He said that key, what I did? I flipped the map back side and back side, you did it a picture of a man, human body. I didn't do anything, I just collected and I made the human again and the map is ready. That was the key. Actually, human body is the key to enter into the whole universe. That story can be a story, but it is the truth. Truth is human body is the key to enter into the whole universe. If you want to know the whole universe, don't forget Human body is the key. Hindus in India, they keep repeating every day this key, but not a single Swamy, single Hindu is aware about this is the key and they are repeating every day. I am shocked that they didn't find that this is the key.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:They say Narayan, narayan, narayan, narayan, narayan means God. In Hindu culture, narayan, narayan, narayan. It is a common word in India and among Hindu they repeat this word. Narayan Narayan, narayan means God, god, god. We repeat here God. We say God. But they repeat Narayan Narayan.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:There's devotional song, sriman Narayan, narayan, narayan. They always sing that they are not aware about. This is the key. Narayan means God and to reach that God, what is the key? That's what they forgot. Narayan is a hidden key in this world. Narayan, the word of Narayan, is a hidden key there. Narayan it happened with the Nar.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:Nar means human, nar means human. Iron means the path. The path to the God is a human. If you want to reach the God, find the key. Key is the Nars. Nar means human.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:Human body is very important.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:Human body is the key to enter to the Godhood.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:Human body is the key to enter into the whole universe.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:What God means, whole thing, whole nature, is a God. There is nothing in this universe which is not God. The whole universe is a divine. If God is divine, the whole universe is divine. If God is divine, everything is divine. If God is divine, even the devil is a divine. If God is divine, whatever God's creation, because from the divine everything will come to the divine. If God is divine, the whole universe is divine. It is us. We don't see it. We are blind. When we are blind, we cannot see because our path is totally different. We try to know everything else. Accept us. Hey, if you, perusion comes every year to give you the message, deliver the message. The real message is know yourself. You are the key, your body is the key. Can you find out in this body? There are oceans, there are rivers, there are stars, milky ways. I will not go too far, but I am going to teach you the technique today, how you can enter into your own body and you can get connected with the whole universe. You are, you have that ability.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:E C Bhashya is one very oldest book I found in Prakrit language, 22nd chapter, 14th Gatha, 14th Shloka. I am going to repeat those words. It is in Prakrit. Then I am going to explain to you. Seesam jaha sarirasya, jaha moolam dumasya ya sabvasya sadhu, sabvasya sadhu tammasya tasjhanam vidhiya de. It is very profound, special line. It is hard to find it, but when I was reading, few years ago, this sutra and it is my wish I can speak on this or have a commentary on this sutra E C Bhashya means Rishi, bhashya.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:Rishi means in Prakrit E C and Sanskrit, rishi, rishi Darshanam, the person who are enlightened people. They wrote this book and not only one person, many person. Their name is still there. There may be couple of lines of their teachings. Still it needs to be elaborate. I am taking that line from that sutra E C Bhashya sutra, 22nd chapter. You will see it is beautiful.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:Seesam jaha sarirasya, like the head is the root of the human body. They say, like the Seesam jaha sarirasya, like the head Is the root of the body, like how Moolam jaha dumasaya write the root of the tree, the root of the tree, Savvasya sadhu dhammasya. Same way, all the spiritual practitioners, jhanam vidhiyate, tassa jhanam vidhiyate, if they will find their root. All spiritual practitioners, all spiritual practitioners. That is called meditation. If you can find the root. And what is the root of the human body?
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:Seesam jaha sarerasaya, like the head, I think we have to find the head first, because head is the main issue. Head is the main problem. Head is the one which creates all the tension, which creates all the stress, which creates all the illusion, which creates all the avidya or attachment or hatred. It is all head. Maybe your roots are totally polluted, maybe either we have to, we try to learn meditation, but we don't try to purify the head, the roots. Can you believe?
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:If a tree has roots and they are polluted, something is eating the roots of the tree. Tree will die, and there are many things happen some kind of disease, bacteria sometimes, they begin to eat the root of the tree. If the root is gone, whole tree is gone. Same thing, seesam jaha sarerasaya. Our roots is in our head. If we can make purify our head, our roots, this whole human body will be very healthy. If your head is polluted, then that's what it is happening. Our roots are totally polluted. It is into the dirt. It is okay. Into the dirt. Tree blossoms, as long as somebody is not eating the roots. Same thing, it is okay.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:Our head is polluted, polluted. What is the biggest pollution in our head? That's what all our roots are polluted. Our roots, human, is upside down tree, our roots into the head and the journey begins to the head. If you want to enter to your soul, if you want to find or discover who you are, the path, the road to go through the head and head is our root. Our root has to be very healthy. If our roots are not healthy, our body will not work. We cannot meditate. Roots has to be fine.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:Now this head look like a little head, but it is the whole universe is sitting here. I am not going to go very far, but I am going to give one example. In your head there is a little brain, just a little brain. It is your computer. When first time the scientists they discover the brain, there is a lower faculty, upper faculty, left faculty, right faculty and many things in it. But they were amazed first time that there are blinking lights in it, like light bulbs, but it is blinking and those days when they were discovering it they couldn't count it how many they are. Now we are advanced in technology. When we are advanced in technology, we can count it. Now we count it in our little brain.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:Billion, one billion light bulbs are blinking. Can you believe one billion in one little things? Light bulbs, and they are blinking it. Now the scientists got confused, as usual. Scientists are always confused. If there is no confusion, they don't go forward. If there is confusion, they inspire them. Maybe you need to be confused so you can go forward, but if you are not confused you will not search, you will not discover. Confusion makes our something to search the right paths. They searched billion bulbs.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:What is a billion bulb In one light bulb blinking in our brain? One? It is like a chip, computer chip. One computer chip? How much memory it can store? I am talking one, even your iPhone. One little can store millions of information, or billions. Maybe. Can you believe you have a billion chips and people are so afraid that, hey, time will come.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:Some dictator will. When the baby is born in the hospital, they will just put the chips in their brain right away and they will control the whole world. That dictator, and it can happen, a human becoming a robot already, the way they are brainwashed. Time will come, they will be robot. It is becoming and it will happen. Our life, sooner or later it will be robot.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:Why AI? Ai is there already. Artificial intelligence will make you all robot. You don't have to even think, you just ask AI. I want to write this article. This is my subject AI will write for you. You don't have to do anything. Your brain will be totally rusted. Everything will do AI. Right, it is a very good discovery.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:People begin to use it, and no wonder we try to go to the moon Our Apollo, maybe 12 people. They landed on the moon Apollo 1, apollo 2, whatever 12 people so far. But on the north side, other side, they try to land to the south pole, which is always dark, and they are not able to land it there. Something happened there. China tried it, crashed. Russia tried it totally crashed. America tried it, crashed. India tried it, crashed. European Union tried crashed. Something is there. It doesn't land it there In the South Pole and there is the mystery of the moon.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:We are trying to do it because when India sent, in 2019, their mission there, it is still orbiting there, but the real thing is crashed and they found out there is a water. The pictures Then they send. Now this Chandrayaan, third satellite to the moon. The moon is called in Sanskrit Chandra. Chandrayaan means the satellite to the moon and it took them to arrive to the moon almost one and one month and few days and Russia sent right away. It sent it within a week. But India has so much patience. They wanted to land on that South Pole successfully.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:For your knowledge, our scientists, they were using already AI in India ISRO they call it. There is NASA, there is ISRO and they used AI to land it. Ai will not do mistake. The last moment AI took over and AI was able to land, india is the first country who land to the moon on the South Pole and all the mystery is there. They found oxygen, they found lot of mineral, they found lot of metals there Iron, calcium, aluminum, titanium. They found lot of things there. Their rover is walking on that pole. So it is AI, india, indian scientists. They are very ahead in technology. This kind of technology they already used to land on the moon.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:So it means if we can use this AI in positive way, in right way, it is a blessings. You can go anywhere, you can find lot of things Right. But human nature, because it is roots, are polluted. They will use negative way. That is a curse and lot of people, majority of it it will misuse and when you misuse it they might create poor, no Children's porn, this, that, so many things, and they cannot get caught. Why? Because that is not a real baby AI. So it is the question is you can go, but you have to go right way. You have to use technology in right way. It is a blessing, ai is a blessing, artificial intelligence is a blessing, but also it is a curse if we can start misusing it.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:Seism jaha sarerasa. Like the human body is the head of the root. Like the root of the tree is down and human is upside down tree. Just think about it. If you want to go, discover the whole universe, go upside down, behave like a tree. And that's what in Indian system, patanjali Yog Sutra, it is.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:Once posture is called sheer sasa. Sheer sasa means headstand. When you do headstand, your head is down. That is real. Then your root is towards the earth, towards the ground. When your roots are towards the ground, it is going to clear your whole thing, because whole blood which is circulating in your body it will go towards your head. And it is very dangerous. If somebody stays on the headstand, headstand, posture long time, all the nerves in the brain will be damaged fully. That person cannot have a control. Something happens. Somebody says one word will blow up the person because it doesn't have no control. The brain was controlling, it is damaged. So the headstand to do too long, it is very wrong. But all the yoga teachers they don't know it. It's a problem. I teach that headstand. I teach only max, max 30 seconds to 1 minute, until all the blood goes to your head because you are standing upside down, you stand against right, so the whole blood will be purified. It will circulate everywhere. But it will purify when it circulates everywhere nice way. But if it goes all the pressure to the brain, brain will be damaged and once your computer is damaged, your whole body is sick. It is very dangerous posture but it is very beneficial posture same time.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:It depends on how to use it. If people know how to use it and usually they stand in the middle part of the headstand when they stand, they stand here and that is the part of the brain there. I suggest to them not to do that. I said them put your head around here on the ground, not the hair, so it doesn't go straight to the brain, even 1 minute. It is better. I suggest to them do the solder stand. Solder stand is more beneficial than the headstand. Why? Because the blood will go circulate mostly into your shoulders. When you are on the solder stand, head will be. It will take long time to reach there. The pressure of the blood, because if you raise your hands high up and you keep your hands up for 1 hour, all blood will go towards down. There is no blood here. It depends on how.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:If person stay, they imitate a tree that I want to be like a tree. They stay in the one leg, right. What is going to happen to that person? All the blood is going to flow towards the leg and that leg will be like this fat if they don't come back again. Maybe you can do practice for a while, but doesn't mean you have to stay years and years on that one leg. It means they don't know. They are trying to think people get mesmerized. Hey, standing one month in one leg, Right, they get so much mesmerized by the people, Right, but they can do it. But what is the consequence if that person does stay forever? Acharya Shree Yogeesh:And people have this desire. I want to get enlightened. Hey, just memorize this one life first. Remember this life first. You were two years old. You don't remember even one thing about two years old and you were one year old. You are in the womb. Hey, first, enter to the womb again. You want to get enlightened, like Buddha, like Mahavira, like whoever Do we believe they are enlightened masters. Just try to memorize your life. Maybe it is circling around you, but you don't know.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:Head is the main problem, the real masters. They chop the head of the students, means, they make them forget. Because what we are carrying since our childhood, babyhood, it becomes our ideology, a lot of information Every day. We are putting into it, into our mind. Mind also lives there. So we are putting into our mind. It becomes the biggest storage. I never found the biggest storage like a mind. Mind is the biggest storage. All the other storage are very small. It can happen infinite information in it. It is still empty.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:So that's what I am going to talk to the pre-usional that is called meditation. If you can enter into your root. You want to learn meditation. Enter into your root and purify them, clear them. If no clarity, no meditation. No matter how much you travel with your breath, you are never going to reach unless your head is forgotten, is fully chopped off, means forgotten.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh:If you can have in meditation what we try to teach, forget your head. Why all the animals? Birds they look so beautiful. A butterfly never takes the bath? Shower is still beautiful. Human takes bath every day, still dirty. Think about it. Why? Maybe the roots are polluted? We have to clear all the roots. That is the pre-usion comes every day to give you the message. This is the message of the pre-usion that how to clear all of them? You will go day by day, eight days and you will see. You are emerging with the soul. I call it soul immersion. So you will come, you will know, you will find, you will discover, you will search and you will be happy. The real search is start from your head. Your journey start from your head. Don't search anything else. Search here, biggest storage. You will find everything there.
